While at Samburu, look out for the rare wild dogs. A short stop at Thompsons Falls offers spectacular views. A brief visit to a tea plantation where the process of tea growing, harvesting and processing is explained gives a different safari perspective.   At Lake Nakuru national park get close to the majestic black and white rhinos and the rare, endangered Rothschild giraffe. The highlight of the trip is the famous Masai Mara reserve where, during the months of June to October over two million wildebeests and zebra cross over from Serengeti nation reserve in what is arguably the world’s great annual migration.
